Hi,
is there any utility or API which encrypt the messages while putting it in the queue so that any user[including mqm] would not able to see the message content when it get stuck in the queue.
kindly note that i am looking for message protection solution when it come and sit in the queue.

If you don't want to pay money then you can always roll your own;
A quick google for 'encryption api' shows quite a few. Some of them are even free. _________________ WMQ User since 1999

The point here is that the application data component of a message is the sole responsibility of the application that creates the message - MQ doesn't care about the application data component content.
One client I've worked with calls a proprietary subprogram that encrypts the app data component just before mqputs, and just after mqgets. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

WMQ exit points can be used to do this without changing the application.
Data Secure from Primeur is an add-on that provides this function. |
