Can anyone provide an link or a list of characters that cannot be parsed by XMLNSC parser if we are using UTF-8 encoding....i couldn't find one either from info center or other sources.

hi broker_new,

You must be the at least the 5th person to ask a question about code page issues in the last couple of months. There's no point in repeating myself - please search for UTF-8 in this forum and read the links which I posted for others.
Hint: Your question doesn't make sense. UTF-8 is an encoding of Unicode, and it supports all known characters.

Of course, regardless of codepage, the XMLNSC parser can not parse invalid XML documents, nor characters that are illegal in XML.
