When I try to connect to my local queue manager, It says the Queue manager status as connected. The Command server status remains stopped. when I checked my event vwr, I could see the below error.

Access was denied when attempting to retrieve group membership information for user 'my email id'.

Then we created my user id and assign it to the mqm group. It got connected then. But I shut down my machine and started it. Now I am facing the same issue. When I checked the user details, my id is connected to the mqm group. I dont know what to do to resolve this issue. Can somebody help me out to resolve this issue, pls?

Make sure you are using a local user, not your domain user, so log out and use the local user they've created for you, that local user should be part of the mqm group.

Or ensure that the MQ Service domain user has the necessary privileges in the domain to inquire about group membership, which the error message clearly states that it doesn't.

but what's the reason that even if the domain user is part of mqm, next instance of logoff and login doesn't allow to access the qmgr. untill you remove the id from mqm group and add it back.
Each time, domain_name\user-id was added to mqm group to make it clear that the user belongs to a particular domain.
