What is the difference between InputRoot.MQMD.ReplyToQ and "InputRoot"."MQMD"."ReplyToQ"? |

Quotes are ONLY ever needed in an ESQL Field Reference if the element contains a reserved character, for example a hyphen. Otherwise they are redundent...
For example:
SET OutputRoot.XMLNSC.Top."my-test".result = 42;
This needs the quotes because of the hyphen in "my-test", but the other elements to not need them...
Kind Regards,

Hi,
is the usage of double quotes still documented somewhere within the infocenter ?
I could not find any of the chapters of good old version 2.1 pdfs
which had several places explaining it.
Greetings
