Hi,

Since installing MQSeries Client for Windows NT and Windows 2000 (+XP) - v5.2.1 which I downloaded from IBM internal Websphere website, I'm having linking problem.

The libraries I'm linking against - imqb23in.lib imqc23in.lib are not included in the version I just installed? (I noticed the dlls are gone in Bin folder).

I used to have Client v5.0 and I'm using Visual Age for C++ v3.5 with fixpak9. IBM's publication (MQSeries- Using c++ : http://publibfp.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/amqzan05.pdf) states that these are the libraries I need!

Does anybody have any clue what went wrong or/and the solution?

Appreciate for your help.

I would guess that the client only contains the client and not the SDK. The SDK probably only ships with the server. Just a guess since I've always installed the full-blown server and never tried just the client.

Client only version also includes Development tool and I installed it.
