Hi,
Iam getting this error in event viewer and everytime a alert window is prompting saying that "This application has failed to start because MQM.dll was not found"
The event viewer error is:
" ( CONFIGMGR ) Unexpected exception in ConfigurationManager class 'initialize' method; exception text: ''java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: mqjbnd05 (JVMPORT015E Unable to resolve DLL references - a prerequisite DLL may be missing)'', ''mqjbnd05 (JVMPORT015E Unable to resolve DLL references - a prerequisite DLL may be missing)''.
An exception was caught by the ConfigurationManager class 'initialize' method while the Configuration Manager was being started or stopped. The exception text is: 'java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: mqjbnd05 (JVMPORT015E Unable to resolve DLL references - a prerequisite DLL may be missing)', 'mqjbnd05 (JVMPORT015E Unable to resolve DLL references - a prerequisite DLL may be missing)'.
Retry the operation. If the exception still occurs, contact your IBM support center. "
Actually recently i have installed other software product in my machine then this error is coming.
Please help me in solving this issue. |

- Uninstall this other product
- Restore your machine to a state before this other product was installed
- Work out what the installation of this other product did to the path
This is a system problem not a WMQ/WMB one.

But i need this software in my machine, i checked the path it is not affected, i.e MQinstalldirectory/java/lib is present.
can you please suggest me another solution.. |

i already searched this and i have confirmed the path is set to correct MQ directory lib path, but dont know still iam getting the error, can you please suggest what might be still problem. |

And you think is where the DLL will be because.....?

Have you tried reinstalling MQ? Obviously something went wrong and you may have a file missing from the MQ install.
At best you need to find the file (<mqinstall>/bin ?) and make sure it is on the path and that you have access rights for it (read is a minimum)
