In my case the ouput was like this:

mqsicmdt xxxxxxxx CUUIDLOCKS
Row 1
CUUID - BrokerManagerDeployLock$$$$$$$$$$$$$
CSECTION - LOCKED
CLASTUPDATE - 2008-12-13 17:45:08.916
Exit

xxxxxx -> cfg manager name

It may be a classpath issue, in your case
