HA and failover design completely based upon the management requirement and above design is fulfilling the requirement of our management...

You are blessed with very relaxed management, and I hope they never have cause to regret their decision.
I'm banging on about the weaknesses of this solution for the benefit of future readers who may not be in your fortunate position, or at the very least need to explain the limitations of the solution to their management.
I'll also remind you the original post (oh so long ago! ) was specifically asking what happened to stranded messages if a cluster was used for HA. Hence this discussion on stranded messages is not off topic, and your solution (whatever it's benefits in your situation) is not appropriate for this thread where clearly stranded messages are a concern. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.

Thanks Vitor...
I agree this design does not fullfill the requirement for the stranded messages...
Correct solution to get the failover for stranded messages will be HACMP, SUN Cluster, MSCS... and not the MQ Cluster..
Cheers,

I do like to end a long post with all parties in agreement. _________________ Honesty is the best policy.
