Hi,
I have my toolkit updated to version 6.1.0.4, and I would like to deploy the flows I will build to 6.1.0.3 runtime, is it possible to set a bar compatibility for the right runtime?

No, I asked this recently at Hursley - it would be very useful in general to be able to use the latest toolkit and then to set the BAR file compatibillity level for earlier runtime versions (eg 6.0.0.2).

However using 6.1.04 toolkit with 6.1.03 runtime will work except if you try to use the few new features such as SFTP. I assume a deploy will fail in these cases.

At least that is my understanding after asking this question myself. You can test it on your local broker. If your broker is 6.1.04 you can force the runtime feature level to be 6.1.03 with the command

mqsichangebroker BROKERNAME -f 6.1.0.3
