I apologize if I glossed over it, but is there a cost associated with IBM test retakes? I have to pass the 000-994 pretty quickly (don’t worry everyone, I have 3 years experience). Problem is I haven’t used MQ in about 6 months.

I saw the link but didn't find the $ attached to the retake policy, however, free retakes I suppose was wishful thinking.
Well this works to the disadventage of the perpetually broke and cheap test takers...which includes me, as I was the one who made being cheap cool. Better pass it the first time.

I like to take a sample test first. The sample tests are 30USD. http://www-03.ibm.com/certify/tests/sam994.shtml. If I pass the sample handily, I feel good about taking the real test. If I don't, I have a better idea about what to study.

Well I bit the bullet and passed! But thank you for bringing this up. Since I am in the job market in an economy like this, I could use a few more certs under my belt, and not having to shell out 200 hammers again if I bomb an exam helps.
FYI...the IBM sample test is well worth the 30 bucks. |
