I have the special character (ÔROPEZA, NICHOLAS) coming into the message flow from outside source. The message broker version is 6.0.0.8. MB fails to handle these characters. I tried by putting xml encoding as 'UTF-8' and also with 'UTF-16'. It didnt work. Can somebody help me how to address this requirement?

This seems a lot like your other post to me

I'm also interested to discover that you can't represent those special characters in UTF-16. Not especially surprised you can't write them out in a Latin code set, or that you can't convert them if they're on an input message in a non-matched code page (as your other post indicates).

But as all you've seen fit to do is say "fails to handle" without any details (as well as near-double posting) it's hard to say what you should do.

Except avoid double posting and spent more time with the documentation. Based not only on this but your previous, rather simplistic questions.
