I am trying to connect to a queue in a Microfocus cobol program, but I am getting an error (2035). The error is for an unauthoirized user, how and where do I specify my log in information. Do a use an environment variable for MQSERVER? Any suggestions?
Thanks!

I have the same problem: I'm trying to connect from NT to UNIX using MQSeries Client application. I get 2035 but it is possible to connect from another workstation which is in a different subnet.

The 2035 is an authorization failure you need to add the NT ID to the
/etc/passwd file and use the setmqaut command to give authority to the user.
