A few times a day, an FDC will generate as stated below:

I have searched and as you can see am running 6.0.2.3. I find it odd that the user id is not detected, and may be part of the issue. All help is appreciated

That's a very clear error. You've run out of room in the shared memory process table.

Please adjust your system configuration per the guidelines in the Quick Beginnings guide for your platform.
