hi, im new to mqmon. .cfg file contain complete config information about queue& queue manager. If I try to view the queue list by right click on any queue manager, I am getting below error "The procedure entry point xihQuery ThreadEntry2 could not be located in the dynamic link library AMQXCS2.dll"
note: I already installed mq client 6.0 in my local system as minimal support for mqmon - library.
Pls help.

check that the client install is a good one.
From the command prompt type
dspmqver and hit return.
You should get something like:
C:\dspmqver
Name: WebSphere MQ
Version: 6.0.1.0
CMVC level: p600-100-051021
BuildType: IKAP - (Production)
If you get anything else (correct for later versions of client) you need to reinstall the client.

Thanks for your effort.
I can able to see the version details, still I am getting the error.
any other possibilities...

MQ client is not properly installed, so uninstallation also an issue. So removed all entries from registry, then installed again. It is working. Thanks. |
