hi

One of the channel is always retrying state, while chking the error logs getting the below error;
AMQ9506: Message receipt confirmation failed.

EXPLANATION:
Channel 'SFMS.TO.CBS' has ended because the remote queue manager did not accept
the last batch of messages.
ACTION:
The error log for the channel at the remote site will contain an explanation of
the failure. Contact the remote Systems Administrator to resolve the problem.

have tried in google also for the cause. but couldn't find it

Have you checked the remote qmgr logs for clues as to why it did not accept the batch?

The answer to why the channel is in retry is staring you right in the face:
