What is a CheckPoint Task ?
When and When not the Checkpoint task is generated?

The task (which varies by platform) that takes checkpoints. Seriously.

Checkpoints are taken in the circumstances described in the various administration manuals. Under nearly all circumstances you leave it to the system.

Ok, so i got that : Checkpoints occur automatically while a queue manager is running and when a queue manager ends.
Is a Checkpoint generated when logging space is getting low ?
Is a checkpoint generated when the checkpoint record has become inconsistent with the current state of the queues ?
Can you pls reply with some links/info for this? As i am not getting any relevant stuff.

Looking up "Checkpoints" in the documentation (link at the top of this page) will yield a raft of staff.
