CSQU227E Unable to get message from dead-letter queue, MQCC=1 MQRC=2150 <-- DBCS_ERROR ?? What is it?
CMDS: FIND str (PREV), EDIT, RULER on/off/name, N n P p 17.47.36

any idea to solve 2150 issue, DBCS_ERROR, do I need to discard that
type of messge or need to add setting to process those message
