Hi,
anybody having idea about the following case?

- we are setting up a HPUX machine which is in fact a system cluster with two nodes with the HPService Guard mecanism

- we have installed one Qmgr on each node say QM1 and QM2, the two qmgrs being running at the same time (we have a configuration "active-active")

- we have grouped QM1 & QM2 in one "mqseries cluster" where each queue has two instances - one on each Qmgr - to be able to split the workload coming from hundreds of mqseries Clients to QM1 or QM2 depending on which Qmgr each MQ Client has connected

- for each Qmgr on each node the filesystems containing the queues and the logs are on a shareable volume group

- when a node fails over its shareable volume group is attached to the other node still active

- so when a node fails over one Qmgr say QM1 is down but the other QM2 is still running with the two shareable volume groups now to handle
and on each volume group the same collection of queues

ouf ! FINALLY we have one Qmgr with a lot of queues which are defined twice but always within an mqseries cluster !

I should be happy to get the opinion of MQ masters on this case.
Thanks a lot, ans sorry for the long text of the question
Jack
