Hi All,

I am trying to remove the user from the RunTime.It gives following error message.

*****************************************

FMC25630E DEL_USR_2972_PROD_11_20.fdl(12): DELETE cannot be performed for PERSON
'2972'. It is used by the following entities:
FMC25640E ActivityInstance MISC.

*****************************************

I have taken care of following things

1.Changed this user authorization from seeing other workItem to None
2.Deleted all the workItem
3. But the Process Instance List still shows the many Instances though no
more workItem are in the User Work ItemList.
4. I have tried FMCIBIE with -o Option.


Is there any way I can delete the user ??

based on what you are saying, I suspect that this user must be assigned to some activity that still exists in the workflow. Perhaps the user worked on an activity that is part of an instance that is still active.

did u log on as the user to be deleted? any work item for him? another thing u can is write a java program to log in the the server and query work item....see if there is any FMC object returned.
