Hi,
I'm having some issues in a test environment. I have a flow which receives DEBMAS03 and INVOIC02 messages from a SAP input node. I know that the messages are successfully coming out of SAP because I have a Test MQ output which I use to trace the messages. But the actual MQ output doesn't get any messages. So the flow operation isn't being rolled back (since I'm seeing messages on my test queue), there are no messages on the SYSTEM.DEAD.LETTER.QUEUE and no errors in the event log (windows environment).

Are there any other tests I can do to find out what the problem is with my messages? The same code running on the production system does not have this isse so I assume it's a problem with the broker or MQ.
Thanks.

Anything in the MQ Logs?
If this is working in Prod then I'd expect some form of setup, auth or permission to be the problem.
For example,
Does the SAP user have permission to write to the WMQ Queue?

Nothing in the MQ logs.
MQ is running as System user, broker is running under a domain account created for broker, and is an admin and member of the mqm group.

Make sure the SYSTEM.DEAD.LETTER.QUEUE is actually the dead letter queue for the queue manager involved; by default it's not.

Make sure the messages are persistent. Undeliverable non-persistent messages do have a habit of disappearing. Persistent ones never do, and may pile up helpfully at the point of problem, allowing you to fix the issue.
