We are experiencing the following error when starting a qmanager on a Windows 2003 server: Initialization of resource 'amqmsrvn' failed, rc=0x80004002 No such interface supported exitvalue = -4
Does anyone know what may be causing it? There are no entries in the MQ error logs or the event logs.

How are you starting the queue manager?
What user is starting the queue manager? Domain or local?
What user runs the WMQ services? Domain or local?
What version of WMQ?

There is 1 qmanager on this server. There are 100's like it in the domain that are running without this problem.
