Hi all,
Is it possible to trigger a queue on a svr mqseries on a platform in order to start an application on a remote svr mqseries on a different platform but with :
- the triggered appli on the remote platform not being a Client mqseries appli - but a local appli for the queue manager on the remote platform?

the reason: to use a message channel between the two mqseries SVR rather than an MQI channel (and a client mqseries appli) which seems to me less robust than a message channel

Hi Jack,

I'm not sure I get what you mean.. why cannot you set up a channel between your queue managers?
