The strong Oracle DB skills, doesn't make any sense to me.
are you looking for a DBA cum WebSphere Admin

We are looking Websphere admin and knowledge/experience on datase as a Oracle.
We are not looking DBA cum Websphere admin.

WebSphere what? I'm guessing you mean WebSphere Application Server as that seems to be what the 'world' means when they ask for 'WebSphere' admins. Accuracy of requirement would be a great help...
