Hi,

I am new to MQSeries and very glad to learn what the MQSeries is and what the MQSeries for. But there are huge documentations for MQSeries online. Can anybody advise me how to learn MQSeries from start? Any good documentations do you recommend?

Thanks a lot!

I recommend reading "MQSeries Primer" (a supprt pack available from IBM) and then practice, practice, practice..

Actually I started the other way around

I found that simply sitting down and trying to setup my own cluster, and then write some simple perl programs to move messages around was a very helpful exercise (although it took me a week or so of full time work!) But I definitely feel like MQSeries is one of those technologies which really requires a hands-on approach. You can read through those manuals and still not have a good grasp on what's going on. You can only get that through trial and error...

The MQ Primer Suport Pak is MD02

I liked the classes I took at MQSOFTWARE.

Very thorough (if not intense), and the manuals you get from the course are very useful.
