Hi All,

I want to know is there any tool or process which can be used to gather all the information about MQ in our office network? like MustGather or IBM Support Assistant for webspher application server.

I have to get information of all the QMgrs and associated processes. i am looking for a process which can be maintained periodically to update this information.

Have you tried IBM Support Assistant?

It has at least some capabilites for MQ.

I have seen that but not tried, As it did not mentioned MQ, i guessed its for WAS, HTTP server and DB2.

Is there any other tools or standard measure for MQ?

There are plugins for MQ v6 and MQ v7.

A lot of people tend to use SupportPac MS03 saveqmgr to keep track of the MQ objects that exist on their queue managers - they run it daily and compare the outputs.

There's a very loose coupling in WebSphere MQ between a given queue and a given application process - so most people rely on their documentation (and maintain it vigorously) to help them keep track of what applications are using what MQ resources.
