Hi there,
Recently I applied the MQ CSD05 and MQSI CSD03 to our CfgMgr server(W2K) and the dev AIX server, which has a broker on it. When I deploy to this broker from the Cfgmgr, everything allright.

But, when I did the deployment to the broker on a second AIX server(MQ v5.2 /w CSD03; MQSI v2.0.2 /w CSD02), which is production, the deployment failed at the end. I got error BIP5280E, BIP5145E, BIP4041E.

Then I rolled back the CSD on the Cfgmgr server to the old one. Now I can deploy to both Dev and Prd servers, even the Dev AIX server has CSD05 for MQ and CSD03 for MQSI.

Why? Does the cfgmgr server have to be on the same or lower level than the broker's?

Thanks for any suggestion.

Chang
P.S. We have MQ 5.2 and MQSI 2.0.2 on all servers.
