Hi

I have been interviewed for a couple of fulltime positions and I think I lost both of them because I couldnt answer quesitons on architecture. Sometimes I didnt even understand the questions . I did tell them whatever design/architecture which I did so far which is not much but then you can only do so much in 3 years, esp if you have worked only for 1-2 clients.

My current and previous projects have primarily been administration or development. Can someone tell me how to gain experience or get acquainted with the architecture/designing. What would be the best docs to read about SOA and WMB and similar things.
