Hi All,

I am facing problem while trying to deploy the flows from the toolkit.
Here is my configuration -

Windows XP

Config Manager queue manager is QM1 , whereas broker is associated with another queue manager QM2. I have created the XMITQ and channels on QM1 so that it can send the request message to QM2. While trying to deploy I am successfully receiving the request message into "SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.QUEUE" of my broker queue manager QM2.

But, after that nothing happens, no reply to QM1 queue- SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.REPLY.

What can be the problem although while deploying I received a successful response and there is nothing in the "Event Log".

Please help

Regards,
Rahul

- Is the broker running?
- Is there anything in the broker logs?
- Is the communication the other way working?

Hi Peter,

Quote:

That scenario was for my UAT server, whereas the deployment problem I am facing on my local system.

Hi Vitor,
1.yes the broker is running
2. there is nothing in the broker logs and
3.While trying to deploy using toolkit, I can see the channel is running from ConfigMgr QueueMqr to Broker QueueMgr and queue depth is increasing in "SYSTEM.BROKER.ADMIN.QUEUE". But, there is nothing coming back in the reply queue.

Hi Both,

Not sure what was the root cause of this problem, but earlier the Broker was running on Local System UserID, whereas the configManager was running on domain User ID.
I stopped the broker and this time started the broker service with domain user ID and tried to deploy this time and it worked

Thank you very much for the help.

Regards,
Rahul
