Does anyone had tried writing custom input node ?

I want to read a file using custom Input node and then convert it into a Message. Also is it possible that I supply some configuration parameters such as frequency and schedule of collecting the file to this customized node, through properties tab.

Any other suggestion ?

Thanks,

Uday Bhosle

I have not investigated writing a custom input node, have just made the input program an external file to queue program feeding the existing MQInput node with messages from the file.
