Hi All,
I'm working on a project to input payment data into SAP with the SAP request node.
I've generated some SAP messagesets which have fieldnames like
...sap_debmas03_e2kna1m005.function
and
...sap_debmas03_e2kna1m005.customernumber1
But the document I'm working with in my project is telling me I should enter the data into fields like 'MSGFN' and 'KUNNR'
These German shortcodes seem to be commonly referred to on the SAP website, but I can't find anything like a simple document that tells me which 'English Descriptive Segment' maps to which 'German Shortcode'
Ask you SAP team for the English documentation of your document (IDOC).
It should have all the corresponding links using SAPspeak.
For the record KUNNR is short for Kundennummer which means customer number to you.
And remember the logon language used by the SAP Adapter is going to be IMPORTANT as it drives some of the automatic conversions like Partner Role etc...
Actually I just realised that the SAPcodes display in the msxd source code of the messagesets, even if they don't appear when you edit/view them in the toolkit.
