In runmqsc, command 'delete channel(channelname)' just can delete one channel with name of existed channel.
Is there any usage like 'delete channel(prefix + wildchar) chltype(srvchl)'? and can pcf programming deal with these demands?
How can i use pcf programming in java(jms)?

Don't use JMS for pcf. Look at support pack MS0B.

Did you compare the syntax of the DELETE CHANNEL command with DISPLAY CHANNEL command [allows wildcards] in the "WebSphere MQScript (MQSC) Command Reference " manual? What did that tell you?
