Hi All,

Our setup:

All queue mangers on Solaris Boxes and WMQ ver - 6.0.2.5.
We have 3 QMgrs in cluster. QM1- FR, QM2 - FR, QM3 -FR.
Application is connected to QM1 and puts messages on cluster queues(REQ) on QM2 & QM3(round robin).
In our performance test phase, we are using amqsmon utility to get the statistics of the queue.

Problem we are facing:

As per application Team, they are sending around 10,000 messages and when I check the statistics on cluster queues(both on QM2 & QM3), I am able to see put/get count as only 8000 messages.
I checked the dead letter queue and there were no messages.
I tried to run statistics on SYSTEM.CLUSTER.TRANSMIT.QUEUE on QM1, but shows count as zero.

Can you pls let me know how do I monitor, the total number of messages arriving on to the cluster.

Thanks
Vandi

Believe this when they show you 10,000 (or 12,000 or 8,000) successful puts

Maybe they only put 8,000 messages? Or put 10,000 and committed 8,000?

Which dead letter queue? Your setup has 3.

Messages don't arrive on a cluster; they arrive on the member queue managers. Monitor those.

I checked all the three deadletter queues.

I was trying to get the channel statistics too. But not getting any statistics info for the channel.

Thanks
