Does anyone know of a way to merge msgflow file names using CVS, ignoring the location attribute within the XML?

If I were to check out to versions of the msgflow from CVS, is there a product out there I could use to perform a file comparison ignoring the purely the position of the nodes?

Relying on update comments is good; I just thought there might be a solution out there for this?

NB: I've used Araxis File Merge in the past, which is very useful. I have also used CVS's own file comparison function within Eclipse (Message Broker Toolkit).

My apologises if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find a discussion on it.
