The exception seems quite clear. What was your question?

Thats funny as my google for
Code:
db2 sqlstate 964
produces over 3000 hits.

I would suggest that you look in the system event log for other DB2 errors/warnings as well. I know where I would start looking.
Perhaps your V5 DB2 Broker Database was created with the OOTB parameters and you have applied a few fixpaks since and not look at the DB2 tuning?

For my 2p worth, I would never do the migration like this. I would create a clean DB2, WMQ & WBI configuration (scripted naturally). How else can you satisfy the Auditors when they say 'what happens when this system goes belly up?'. Are you seriously going to have to install, apply the fixpacks, configure & deploy V5 and then do the migration again and somehow you forgot to document some vital step that made it all work and your production system is down for days rather than an hour or so.
Unless, for some reason you have a few flows that you no longer have the source code to? but that is a separate can of worms...

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
