Hi guys,
I am trying to create a broker component in Linux but I am unable to create it as my DSN is not configured properly .. I went through all the required documentation but unable to do it. I am attaching the screenshot of the error i got ..My database is DB2 .. I know that the problem is in creating the connection with the DB2 DSN .. I did all the steps mentioned in the IBM MB information center and other pdf's but no use....do the user who creates the broker need to be in the db2inst1 group??... Any help is appreciated...

The broker certainly need to be running as an authorised user.

As you've been through the infocenter you've undoubtably done this step. Are you certain it was successful?

Perhaps you could post the text of the error?
