I have some developers writing message flows (JCN , MBSqlStatement class, transaction set to AUTO with PASSTHRU in the SQL string).

They want the flow to be globally coordinated. They did not know that the bar file needed to be "checked" for coordinated transactions. When I pointed this out to them, they are telling me that they don't need to check the bar file for coordinated transactions and it works fine without it. Has this property been deprecated in 6.1 ? The help still maintains that the property needs to be there. How do I explain the behavior that the developers are seeing ?

If its set to AUTO u dont need to worry, its a globally coordinated transaction (factually speaking fully/partially).
