No, I happen to think that you are doing incredibly well...but I also think you are perhaps not reading the content of the link I posted as it states in Step 5. of Setting up a sender workstation:

I'm trying to help you to help yourself, and as Vitor has pointed out, you need to push back on management. If it's of any help to you, it has taken me years to get to the level of ignorance I have about WMQ - by that, I mean it is a very complex and demanding discipline, and every day I learn how little I really know about it! _________________ It's puzzling, I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like this before...and it's hard to soar like an eagle when you're surrounded by turkeys. |

now, i can send from qmqnqger to q mqnqger using the remote quueue definition. |

If the xmit queue name is the same as the remote queue manager name you can leave it out of the remote queue definition. |
