Hi There,
I have 2.8 years of experience with websphere MQ as an MQ admin.
Can someone help me with a set or more interview questions relevant to the magnitude of my experience with MQ?
Thanks a bunch!.. |

Are you giving or receiveing at the interview?
If you are being interviewed, the questions will most likely reflect the needs of the job role, so any suggestions here will be irrelevent (and very slightly cheating! )
If you are the interviewer, it's better to ask questions you are confident of the answers to, rather than "better" questions suggested here. In that way you can more accurately judge the applicant from the style & confidence of his answer. And the level of bluffing.
Though of course I would never suggest anyone, certainly no-one reading this post, has ever bluffed in an interview by improvising a plausible sounding answer to a technical question they didn't know.

Man!,
That wasn't crisp, neither diplomatic nor sarcastic... was just a repeat telecast of anyone's upfront reaction on a black n white...I aint tryin to creat a rift, but that isnt useful, from my perspective, i am lookin forward for some concrete info rather getting into suggestions and opinions...you bet you know what eastwood says abt opinions, dont you? and so do I...GMTA afterall.... |

It might not have been helpful to you, but it was sound advice.
- With your experience you know your subject.
- You will feel confident about the subject matter questions (see previous point)
- The non subject matter stuff will probably have at least as much importance as the subject matter stuff.
So enjoy _________________ MQ & Broker admin |
