I am collecting queue statistics with version 6.0.2.0 queue managers on AIX with STATQ=ON at the queue manager level and STATQ=QMGR at the queue level. I do not see any PutCount, Put1Count, PutBytes values greater than 0 for user defined initiation queues, but there are non-zero values for GetCount and GetBytes on these queue. I do see both puts and gets in the statistics for system define initiation queues such as SYSTEM.CHANNEL.INITQ, however.

Has anyone else seen this happening or can anyone explain what is happening?
