MB V 6.0.0.2
AIX 5.2

I am not able to deploy the bar file, even when I try to deploy using toolkit i am getting the same error.
and the bar file is just 14 KB

I just created the 64 bit exec group ASDF

Please help.

Follow Vitor's advice.
The most obvious way you'd get the message described is if the broker was not running.
