Hi
I am new to AIX. I want to know what are the various types of logs available in AIX for WMB. I am doing WMQ 6 and WMB 6.1 on AIX 5.3

I was trying to start my broker. The request was accepted, but broker could not start. It asked me to check the system logs to find out if there was any problem. Can you pls suggest how to look in to the system log for AIX. What is the command? How to fire it. Please help

Open the WMB InfoCenter and search for "Logs".

check /etc/syslog.conf to see where your log resides, perhaps like this:
*.err /usr/spool/mqueue/syslog
user.debug /var/spool/mqueue/syslog

so check your log in /usr/spool/mqueue/syslog and /var/spool/mqueue/syslog

i just guess..
