Hi,
How frequently SYSTEM.CLUSTER.REPOS.QUEUE looses it's cluster information..
Bcz I have observed that most of the queues wont visible after a period..

Check back in the cluster manual documentation. I believe it is after 90 days of inactivity or after a refresh cluster command
But this should not trouble you as it applies really to partial repositories. The information gets reacquired from a full repository at first need.
It means that you should not check for the existence of a cluster queue before putting a message there but that you should ALWAYS check for the return code and reason code of an MQPUT.
