Hi All,
We work on MQ 6 on Solaris/Linux. Our work involves administration (scripts for creating/maintaining objects, backup/restore, ssl, clients, installation, OAM) and programming (C applications, exits, services, triggered applications, dlqh etc, ).
We need to migrate applications to MQ7.
We are planning to take time to learn MQ7. I understand learning full MQ7 is not possible ......But, this is to get a comfortable level with MQ7.
Thought of getting opinion from experienced people in the forum.....Whether 4 days(3 days for changes, 1 day for new features) is too much or too less for this purpose?.
Thanks in advance,
Kalpana |

Depends on what you do. MQSoftware has some good webinars out there..
If you do a lot of pub/sub it will take you much longer to grasp as this feature was put to the wringer and vastly modified for use in base MQ and not only JMS.
Have fun _________________ MQ & Broker admin |
