Everytime OS (linux) restart, I have to start my mq service maually.(strmqm and strmqbrk) How can I make my mq start automatically as OS restart?

Talk to your friendly system administrator. They can add MQ start / stop scripts to initd.

SupportPac MSL1 (WebSphere MQ for Linux - Automatic Startup) is also worth investigating.

Is this applicable to only to Linux or can be used to other UNIX(SunOS, AIX etc.)?.

Unlikely, or I would expect it to be called '... for UNIX ...'.

Any flavor of Unix/Linux that contains init.d can have a startup script to start the qmgr.
