error wille using MQEnvironment ! what is the solution

MQEnvironment.hostname = "127.0.0.1";
MQEnvironment.channel = "java.channel";
MQEnvironment.port = 1414;

when I used this lines the application give error
MQJE001: An MQException occurred: Completion Code 2, Reason 2195
but when I remove this line the connection done and i put a message

so what can I do if i need to connect to MQ in local network
like host=10.20.20.114

there any missed configurations ?? or what ??

Look for the FDC that goes with the 2195 reason code and investigate the probe id. I suspect you have an installation issue; you shouldn't get a 2195 from a simple connect!
