Hi,
I can create a Broker using
startup --> program --> MQI --> command Assistant --> create broker.
I have a Queue Manager which is running on remote system.
Can I configure the broker which I created to the remote Queue Manager?
If possible, could you say how.
Thanks

I believe the broker requires a local queue manager to operate. It cannot connect to a remote queue manager using MQClient.

The broker will need to have the qmgr locally. However, you can setup your publishers and subscribers to be on remote queue managers.
I thought there was an actual thread on this that gave some message definitions. If I can find it, I'll post the reference. |
