Hi All,
Can anybody help me out as this is really very important to be fixed
I am trying to deploy the message flow to the execution group . I have two systems with same configurations as
broker : solaris9 (there are two different sys)
conf mgr : windows (there are two different sys)
wmq : v6
wmb : v5.3
First sytem : when I tried to deply the flow to one of the EG it got deployed and i saw the information in the info log file(broker log:solaris), but there was no log on the windows in the event log file of windows sys
Second system: when i tried to deploy the same flow to the same eg but now the systems are different (but the os is same solaris and windows) the deployement did not take place and there is no log written in the broker as well as the conf mgr box.
on the second system when we chcked the sender channel was running but the receiver channel was stop state and I started the receiver channel(it was little strange to me as sdr running and rcvr not running also there was no mq logs any where)
CAN any body tell what is the problem and why its not writting any thing in the logs.

Why do you think that Broker will log (in the Windows Event log for example) the results of successful deployments?
The log that is visible in the toolkit which originates from the ConfigMgr will show you what went on as well as using the toolkit and selecting the object (eg Message flow). Here you will get details of when it was deployed, version number etc.
If you are doing a deploy by script then you should read the results of the deploy operation and log them approproately (if there is an error). _________________ WMQ User since 1999

Every time you reinvent the wheel the more square it gets (anon). If in doubt think and investigate before you ask silly questions.
