Hi

Can anyone tell me where can i find any material which will explain Support Tools.

A support tool is a program that is associated with an Activity (Process or Program only) which can be invoked by the user. In the IBM Fat client it is an option in the context menu. The idea behind the support tool is that it is there to "help" the user with finising the activity.
