Hi all,

Im trying to setup Omegamon alert to monitor total number of MQ-channels on the queue-manager & alert us if the total# crosses 70%.
The total# will include svrconn & regular channels.

what is the easy way to configure this in Omegamon?

i have seen parameters in Omegamon to find out active, inactive channels Or server-conn channels seperately.

Has anybody configured the same in Omegamon using any value that gives the total-channels directly.

Thanks,
Sunny.

Unfortunately you can't match on a percentage level. Since we had different MaxActiveChannels for different qmgrs there were different situations configured.
In your case it'd be 70 of 100, 210 of 300 to equal 70%.
