Must remove items from the C19LLML.zip in order to get the size down to deploy across the network. Required is MQ Series Server, Client, SSL and silent installation.
Any ideas on "what" to remove from the .zip file and still have a successful installation? |

Can you break the file into pieces, send the pieces, and then reassemble? |

with our current network traffic and number of retail spaces, we can send 20mb to every location and it takes 3 days to cover all locations. if we broke it up, it would still take 29 1/4 days to get this .zip file to one location and we have over 3000 to send too.
That's why we are trying to "shrink" the .zip file for faster deployment to remote locations. |

I don't know what you might get rid of in the image, but I can tell you that the bin subdirectory is over 100mb. You'll need at least that much. If I understand what you are saying, then it will take you 5 days to get this to the store site. Do you need the full version of the code everywhere or can you just use the client? |

yes, our goal is to install a qmanager at each location for more functionality and application support. |

FedEx can help you with this. _________________ I like deadlines. I like to wave as they pass by.

Is it really true that there is no fast, local, network between more than one of your installation locations?
I.e., do you really have to send it 3,000 times? Or can you send it maybe 10 times and then resend it within a LAN?
Otherwise, yes. Never underestimate the bandwidth of a FedEx truck full of 2GB thumb drives. |
